Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas faithful readers! I just wanted to take a second out of this busy holiday to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This time of year is so crazy and fast paced, but I hope we can all remember the real reason for the season. We are so blessed in this country, community, even in our homes. It is so crazy all the things that I take for granted on a daily basis. I hope that with this coming new year, I can take more opportunities to recognize the blessings that God has given me. I deserve nothing, but yet have I truly ever longed for anything? Not at all! He has given me more than I could ever imagine! Merry Christmas from Will, Melodie, Callan, & Maggie

Crib

Here is a picture of our new crib and armoire (not the changing table). We got a great deal at The Stork's Nest (thank you Andrea) and Will & Darwin are picking it up right now. It feels so good to have that decision out of the way and to have the room actually start looking like a nursery. We are really enjoying this pregnancy and all the cute and fun things we are getting to pick out. I can't wait to register. By the way, if you don't know yet, her name is Callan Hensley Bridges. We loved Callan from the start and Hensley is my mom's maiden name so we loved having the family name in there. By the looks of the crew at church, she is going to have a lot of "boy friends" and few "girl friends". Julie, Scarlett...it is up to you! I might try to take some pictures of the room later when more things start coming together!
